FREEDMEN CRITICAL RIGHT THINKING

Reparations are due and will come. However, to repair one of the oldest wrongs done to an ethnic group of people in America, Critical Right Thinking (CRT) is needed.  

Freedmen Descendants are beginning to collectively move in courage and perseverance, as did our ancestors. So that our reparations claims will be used to sustain the ethnic cultural traditions of Freedmen for generations into the future.

Chattel slavery in America was fueled by a systemic injustice that can be described as Black Codes.  Codes that continue to be imposed on Freedmen Descendants to this day. These Black Codes come in the form of anti-Black disenfranchisement... designed to keep Freedmen Descendants in oppression-survival mode.

Yes, it may seem a “few” Freedmen Descendants are breaking free of the Black Codes every once in awhile... becoming the “first” in advancement categories. But pattern and evidence provides proof the codes are designed to keep the majority of Freedmen Descendants at oppression-survival mode levels.  

Therefore, as Freedmen Descendants push forward progressively and collectively; there will also be a focus on emancipating our minds of mental slavery. By actively engaging in the practices that support Critical Right Thinking; reparations for Freedmen Descendants will indeed close the intentional wealth gap for generations to come.
